Thanks to the organising team and all particiants for an interesting and pleasant meeting. The main focus of the training meeting was on Laser ablation techniques and electron microscopy. The ESR's and ER were given the possibility to present their work and discuss it with the other Gladnet people. The representative of the EC, took care of discussion with the ER's and ESR's in order to check whether things are running smoothly for them and they did not encounter serious problems.

14:15 - 15:00		Presentation of the Gladnet coordinator (J. Michler) The coordinator of the project will present the scientific, networking and training achievements of the network. Presentations of their work and Gladnet experiences by: Sohail Mushtaq, Vasilka Steflekova, Viktoria Weinstein, Elisa Barisone; Coffee Break from 16:20 to 16:50 Asliddin Elmonov, Aranka Derzsi, Varvara Efimova, Agnieszka Zlotorowicz, Ihor Korolov.

12:00 - 13:00	Round table with PO and ER/ESRs Meeting between the ESRs and ERs and the Commission's representative. This meeting is intended to allow the recruited researchers to speak freely with the Commission's representative about their experiences within the network.	Lab tour (J. 14:30 to 15:30	Meeting between the coordinator, the scientists in charge and the Commission's representative This meeting is intended to give the senior scientists an opportunity to talk to the Commission's representative about their own experience of the network, of the network fellows and to raise any matter which they wish to discuss in a smaller group. 15:30 - 16:00	Open discussion This discussion will round off the meeting by identifying strengths and weaknesses of the network, particularly in relation to the training programme and the joint research. Possible revisions to the contract will also be identified and discussed. Identification of best practice in the network and recommendations will be made by the Commission's representative.
