General Info

This website "Gladnet.eu" is the official website of the European Marie Curie Research and Training Network GLADNET founded by the European Commission under FP6 with the contract number MRTN-CT-2006-035459. The website has been created to inform the general public, in particular those people who contribute to the budjet of the EC by paying their taxes, about the activities of the Network, the acchievements, the people appointed throughout the project and their experience with this Marie Curie Action.
In the first section "Welcome to Gladnet" we provide general information on the network and its partners. In the second section "Scientifique Programme" we give information on the scientifique work being performed by the appointees while working for Gladnet. The third section "Meetings and Courses" provides information on the meetings organised by Gladnet, in paricular the training courses organised. The following "Job Opportunities" section initially was used to promote open positions in order to widely publize job opportunities offered by GLADNET. Now it contains information on the young researchers hired and trained within this research training network. This last section, finally provides general information on the project and its website. Probably most impartantly the list of scientific publications produced throughout the projet is provided. It demonstrates the high level of scientific success achieved.

The website is designed and maintained on behalf of the project coordinator by Thomas Nelis with the support of Juerg Schaechtelin.
